Tetra has throughout the years provided our customers with high quality, reasonably-priced molds capable of producing finished plastic and rubber products to an exacting quality standard. We have serviced both compression and injection molding industries using all available thermoset and thermoplastic materials.
In today’s market even the best quality manufacturers have now
found that new trends have changed how business is done. Tetra has
taken the necessary steps in order to offer our customers tooling Tetra
designed and produced in the U.S. or tooling designed by Tetra and
produced overseas. There are distinct advantages in either approach
in the manufacturing of molds. Tetra prefers to discuss these advantages
and disadvantages with our customers on a case-by-case 
basis to ensure
that the customers' needs are met.
Tetra offers a mixture of conventional, EDM (photo to the left) and CNC machining. Our quality department ensures all facets of quality including workmanship and key customer requirements.

UNSCREWING
MOLD/TOOL REPAIR
Tetra's mold repair is the best in the business. We are capable of repairs ranging from weld repair to complete cavity or core replacement. Tetra is fully aware of the time constraints in getting mold/tools repaired and will do a complete and accurate repair to ensure that the integrity of the mold/tool will not be compromised. To expedite our services, we will pick up and deliver within 100 miles radius of our facility.
